Miley was in Lake Como, Italy on a girls trip that included Brody Jenner's ex, Kaitlynn Carter and the two were not hiding their affection at the hotel pool. Miley, Liam, Brody and Kaitlynn have all hung out before on double dates so that's kinda awkward!
