STDs in Denver Are on the Rise and Dating Apps are Partially to Blame

Ewwww! This is why I don't want to date!!!

A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows sexually transmitted diseases have once again reached an all-time high across the country. And yes that includes the Denver metro area.

There’s a continued resurgence of the top most commonly reported STDs which are Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia.

In Denver, Chlamydia is the most common STD. The Denver Health department estimates 1 in 100 people have it.

Experts says they can't say for certain but they think contributing factors are hookup apps and a decrease in condom use.

This is so scary, please protect yourself!
