"I Heart Mac & Cheese" , a Florida based chain restaurant is coming to Colorado with three planned locations in Stapleton, Downtown and Boulder. Two of the locations will open next year and a third will open in 2021, the press release didn't release anymore details on the openings.
I Heart Mac & Cheese lets customers choose a base (traditional macaroni or broccoli, cauliflower, quinoa, bread, and even tater tots!!!) and then you choose your cheeses, proteins, vegetables, and sauces that are added to customize the bowl. After that, each bowl is cooked in an ov until the cheese is gooey and melted.
